Restaurant Owners & Management Teams
(CSC) helps restaurants meet and stay ahead of state and federal requirements with confidence. We guide you through ServSafe® Certified Food Protection Manager (CFPM) certification and CRAFT Training CO Alcohol Responsible Vendor Training, delivered by a Colorado State approved Proctor. From regulatory compliance audits and mock inspections to building or updating safety programs from the ground up, CSC identifies gaps, streamlines systems, and implements practical solutions so your operation is inspection-ready, compliant, and running smoothly.

Regulatory Compliance Audits & Gap Assessments

Review of your facility’s existing practices against applicable local, state and federal regulations (for example health department, fire/life safety, Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) standards). Identification of compliance gaps (hazards, missing documentation, weak processes) and preparation of an actionable road map to achieve full compliance. Mock inspections and readiness checks to remove surprises during official inspections.

Safety Program Development & Implementation

Creation or updating of safety management systems: policies, procedures, manuals, which may include emergency action plans, hazard-communication, incident‐investigation, lock-out/tag-out, etc. (similar to industrial environments but adapted for hospitality). Implementation assistance: training staff, assigning responsibilities, integrating into daily operations.

Food Safety & Hygiene Consulting

For restaurants, bars, catering operations and hotel kitchens: development of safe food-handling practices, sanitation protocols, storage/temperature control, allergen management, etc. For example, consultants specializing in food safety help build HACCP-based systems.Audit readiness for kitchen, dining, storage and service areas.

Brand/Chain Standards & Multi-Site Support

For corporate or multi-property operations, alignment with brand safety/quality standards in addition to regulatory requirements. Consistent compliance across many locations, centralized reporting, and benchmarking.

Expert Witness & Incident Investigation Services
CSC conducts thorough, legally defensible investigations of accidents, injuries, foodborne illness events, slips/falls, fires, and OSHA-related incidents. We produce professional Expert Opinion Reports evaluating compliance with local, state, and federal hospitality regulations, including health, fire, food safety, and OSHA standards. CSC also serves as a qualified expert witness in civil or regulatory cases, clearly explaining industry standards and whether incidents were preventable. We support legal teams with regulatory interpretation, case preparation, and post-incident risk mitigation strategies to reduce future liability.

Fire, Life Safety & Facility Compliance

Inspection of life-safety systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, egress paths, evacuation plans, lighting, water features, etc).

Ensuring building codes, fire codes, and state/local regulations applicable to hospitality properties are met. (While not all hospitality‐specific sources mention Colorado explicitly, general practice covers this.)

Facility inspections for housekeeping, housekeeping flow, maintenance of guest-areas, back-of-house, etc.

Documentation, Monitoring & Ongoing Support

Creation of documentation systems: checklists, audit logs, incident reports, inspection scheduling.

Ongoing monitoring: repeat inspections, review of corrective action implementation, tracking of metrics (near-misses, incidents, audit results).

Consulting support for when changes occur (new regulation, renovation, change of use), or when there’s an incident/investigation.

Incident Investigation & Corrective Action

Investigation of accidents, guest incidents, foodborne illness events, security breaches. Root-cause analysis, corrective action plans, monitoring of remedy implementation, and documentation for regulatory or legal purposes.

Colorado Approved Training Programs
